Police pulled Donald Keith Miller Sr. over after receiving a call from an ex-girlfriend fearing for his safety. Miller exchanged gunfire with police at a gas station at 83rd avenue and Deer Valley, then continued on in his other. Police found him again a short time later in a desert area on 89th and approached other. Gunfire was exchanged again, Miller died on the scene.
