A fight broke out involving Donald Janvier inside a bar around 2 a.m. before spilling outside. Janvier got into his car, drove toward and struck an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent, who shot and killed him. The ICE officer received a hairline fracture to his leg and was cleared of any wrongdoing.
