Deadly force

Officers responded to a report of a stabbing in the 2900 block of Crawford Street, police said. About a half-hour later, officers located the suspect, Musulman, in the backyard of a home not associated with him. After ordering Musulman to surrender, officers set a police on him, and he used some sort of garden shears to stab the dog in the face. Two officers shot and killed Musulman.
