Jordan was killed by Erie police on the afternoon of Oct. 30, shortly after investigators said he entered the Widget Financial branch on East 38th Street with a gun and threatened to shoot employees while robbing the branch of a significant amount of cash. As he was getting in to getaway car, police encountered him at which point he reach for his waist and police shot him 19 times.
