Deadly force
At 7:11 p.m., officers received a report of aggravated robbery, sexual assault and other theft. The man allegedly showed a handgun during the assault then took the victim's other. At 11:37 p.m., an Ogden police officer spotted the stolen car. The officer approached the other, and a man fled. Officers chased on foot and searched a backyard, where the man stood up in the bed of a pick-up truck and produced a firearm. Two Ogden Police officers shot and killed him.
