An officer stopped "a suspicious suspect." The officer notified responding backup officers the subject had pulled a knife on him and was fleeing on foot. The foot chase ended at Fifth Avenue and Walnut Street, where multiple officers used their Tasers, but they were ineffective. An officer shot and killed him.
