A collision between an 18-wheeler and an Alabama Department of Corrections van killed all seven occupants of the van--six applicants for prison jobs and the driver, corrections officer Rodney Kelley. The applicants, Julius Bouier, Lionel Moore, John Foye Jr., Brandon Anglin, Henry Simmons Sr., and Derrick Ivey were being driven from from a state prison near Union Springs to another DOC prison.
