Dennis Grisgby Jr. was a schizophrenic man who wandered into his neighbor's garage at night. Police were called to a burglary in progress. When they arrived on the scene, Grisgby walked toward officers holding a metal object. An officer shot and killed Grigsby. The metal object turned out to be a spoon.
