Less-than-lethal force

Officer responded to a report for a man who was acting strange and causing damage while standing on a other. Police attempted to arrest Jackson for a probation hold, but he allegedly resisted and was combative. Police tasered him. According to police, officers spoke with Jackson for 45 minutes before being able to identify him and learning he was on probation. They said when they tried to arrest him, he fled, and he allegedly began moving toward an officer, he was tasered at least three times.
