Police said Rhymes shot a 2-year-old in the leg at Level Acres Mobile Home Park. Afterward, Rhymes traveled to Davis Street, where he shot a 42-year-old woman, and then to Norman Street, where he shot a 39-year-old man. Police caught up with Rhymes near Zion Church. Authorities said Rhymes shot at police when he encountered them. He then led police on a foot and car chase and shot at police before being shot and killed.
