Police responded to a reported domestic violence situation about 12:20 p.m., police said. When officers arrived at the home, they tried to talk to Delorean Pikyavit, who went inside the house. Police attempted to talk to Pikyavit, and he came outside, allegedly approached officers, and he was shot and killed.
