Officers saw two vehicles pulling into a Safeway parking lot around 4:45 a.m. One of the drivers told officers that they were the victim of a road rage incident. The officers followed the alleged aggressor Hwy. 115 and O'Connell Blvd. The driver got out of his other and pulled out a gun, and two officers shot and killed him.
