Two people were killed and several injured in a shooting outside Monaco Hookah Lounge. The shooting reportedly escalated from an argument between two groups, which prompted one of two off-duty, uniformed police officers working security outside the lounge and an on-duty officer on patrol to intervene. It wasn't immediately known whether rapper Dayvon "King Von" Bennett, , or Mark Blakely, 34 were shot by police, or whether police had yet arrived when they were killed.
