Deadly force
Police were called to investigate a trespassing complaint. They arrived and found Dawn Marie Simpson in the driveway of the home. Officers said she had warrants for her arrest. Officers reportedly ordered the woman to get out of the car, but she refused. An officer opened a door to the other and the woman sped off -- hitting a patrol other. Police pursued the other to Mulberry loop where Simpson allegedly pointed a gun at officers and fired. Police shot and killed her.
