Police said they tried to stop Willis on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. He turned onto Zubley Street. There, a marked police cruiser pulled in from behind the car and an unmarked undercover sport utility other pulled in front. Willis tried to leave, and police shot and killed him. Passengers in the car dispute the police narrative.
