Pursuit
Police began pursuing Baxter's other, a 1999 Mercury Tracer, after they spotted him allegedly speeding. Police allegedly called off the chase when speeds got too dangerous. Baxter continued to flee east on Minnetonka Boulevard, passing other vehicles, when he entered the westbound lane and hit a 2015 Volvo head-on and was killed.
