California Highway Patrol officers responded to a 911 call of a man beating a woman at the Beech Avenue and 210 freeway Park & Ride. When they arrived, David Mulder continued stabbing a woman in the car with a knife. Mulder refused to drop it when ordered. He was shot and killed. The woman he attacked was later found in her car, stabbed to death.
