Police shot and killed an armed man outside of the Packer Stadium Lounge early Sunday, after they say he refused to drop his weapon. Police Chief Jim Arts says they received a call around 12:45 a.m. from a man inside the bar who witnessed the suspect fire a handgun outside the bar.
