Officers Brett Guth and John Buckwalter's cruisers collided at the intersection of Chew and Seventh streets while responding to a call. One of their vehicles rebounded from the crash and struck Jason Marcelle as he tried to move Daviay Legrand. Marcelle was injured, and Legrand died instantly.
