Officers responded to a call of a man acting erratically at a food mart encountered Daryll Eugene Blair in the parking lot. Blair charged at an officer then stole a police SUV. Blair drove 300 feet before crashing into another car. He jumped out of the SUV and charged at an officer again, who shot and killed Blair.
