Ramsey County deputies were on routine patrol in Vadnais Heights when they noticed a RV and car parked on the street that appeared suspicious. Responding deputies found a man inside the RV and a woman inside the car. A deputy inside the RV shot and killed the man. There are no details yet as to why that deputy discharged his or her gun.
