Deadly force

Brown was the passenger in a taxi pulled over on I-90 for speeding. During questioning Brown became restive and pulled an assault weapon out of a duffel bag and shot at least 28 rounds toward the state police car. He held off for about an hour but was shot in the head, lapsed into a coma, then died in the hospital days later.
