Deadly force
A call of shots fired in the 900 block S. Roberts Street. Police said a male victim was shot in the leg by the suspect and is in stable condition. Police said the victim and suspect were related. Family members said one was a brother-in-law of the other, and the two were fighting before making their way to a second location where the fatal encounter took place. Rendon had apparently fired at a police helicopter.
