A North Philly driver stopped for running a stop sign flashed a handgun and made a verbal threat ("No, but I have this for you"), all developing into a 20-minute police chase at speeds of over 100 MPH. The hotly pursued suspect crashed into a gold Honda, killing innocent motorist Roman and critically injuring Roman's girlfriend and her young son.
