Daniel Milton was arrested for an alleged sex crime at Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze died several hours later. He allegedly grabbed the buttocks of a 22-year-old female hospital employee. Police were called and Milton was arrested. While in custody he allegedly started acting out toward hospital staff and was medicated. Details were withheld by police.
