Marana Police Officer Cesar Nelson was sitting in his other in the parking lot of Cracker Barrel Restaurant, when he saw Caldwell walking up behind him, holding a firearm, police said. Officer Nelson left his other and saw Caldwell raise the gun in his direction, before shooting Caldwell.
