About 5:40 p.m. officers responded to a multi-other traffic collision. A man exited one of the crashed vehicles. Police allege he was in the street with a folding edged weapon, and an officer shot and killed him when he failed to comply with demands. Video shows Daniel Hernandez was moving slowly and was still quite far away from the officer when shot.
