After pulling over a Chevy Suburban, officers learned there was an outstanding warrant for the lone passenger, Daniel Anthony Riedmann, 36, and the Dakota Dunes man could be armed and dangerous, police said. Officers tolk Riedmann to get out of the other. The other was locked, and as they were making their demands, there were some furtive movements at which time Officer Dylan Grimsley stepped back and shot and killed Riedmann.
