Police responded to a report of a suspicious other behind a Walmart around 3:15 a.m., police said. As officers were approaching the scene, a other matching the description of the suspicious other was seen speeding away. An officer turned around in an attempt to stop the speeding other, but the other refused to stop. The fleeing other crashed into a taxicab that was passing through a green light, killing the driver, Dane Zimbalist Clay. Dreshawn Bynum was charged with several crimes, including murder.
