A Unalakleet man accused of colliding with a 10-year-old girl while he was driving drunk on a four-wheeler shot and killed himself minutes later while handcuffed in the back of a city police car, according to Alaska State Troopers. Police said he was not searched because he was cooperative, but he had two guns concealed.
