Officers made contact with the driver of a black 1999 Infiniti, Dalton Lee Buckholz, at 10 p.m. Two officers shot and killed him. An unidentified 20-year-old male passenger of the other also was shot and wounded. Details as to what precipitated the killing were withheld by police.
