JCSO deputies and officers from Eagle Point Police responded to reports of a domestic disturbance about 7:30 p.m. Before officers arrived, a man left the location in an SUV, accompanied by another man. Police stopped the SUV on Stevens Road in the parking lot of Church on the Hill. A few minutes later, at least one officer shot and killed Dale Arthur Amstutz-Dunn and wounded the other man.
