Deadly force

Henderson and a woman were seen leaving the scene of an accident. When Officer Officer Doug Barney approached them, Henderson shot and killed him. He was killed a short time later, after wounding another officer. Three officers were cleared by the district attorney: Unified Police Sgt. Ben Steiner, officer John Richey and officer Matt Brownlee.
