County officers observed Colby Diller travelling the wrong way on Hwy 26 at 2:30 in the morning, and gave chase the wrong way at up to 80 MPH for a matter of miles. A deputy laying down a spike strip to stop Diller was unable to wave off Nancy Lee Logan-Morgan, travelling legally and at full speed, and those two vehicles collided head on, killing both drivers.
