Two passengers were killed after the driver of a other, David G. Brown. 25, fled from an attempted traffic stop and slammed into a tree, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Kyle William Youngblood, 26, and Cody R. Cooling, 27, were killed. Brown was charged.
