Officer responded to a call of a other going the wrong way down Sante Fe Street; he found the other at 112 N. Clairborne Rd. in the parking lot of the Dollar General store. The officer approached the driver in the store who was allegedly holding a handgun and pointed it at the officer, so the officer fired, killing Cody Kincheloe. Female passenger of other was unharmed. Shooting ruled justified.
