Officers responded to a call of a home burglary and observed the suspect running from the house on arriving. Suspect allegedly pointed a gun at the officers and officers opened fire killing him on the scene. The suspect's gun is believed to have been a realistic-looking pellet gun. Maricopa County Attorney's Office has cleared four officers of any wrongdoing.
