Deadly force

Police were called to the apartment because woman at the apartment reported that a man who she knew, Clinton Allen, was knocking on the door and threatening her. When officers arrived, the man had left. They searched for the man in the apartment complex. An officer, who was alone at the time, saw Allen and a struggle ensued. The officer alleged that Allen was choking the officer when the officer was able to get his firearm and shoot and kill Allen.
