Chattanooga police responded to a domestic call around 8 a.m. where a woman was hiding at an apartment complex from Clifton Gorman Spencer Jr., who was allegedly armed with a gun. Officers encountered Spencer, and he was allegedly waving a handgun in a threatening manner. Officers shot and killed Spencer.
