Police conducting a felony narcotics investigation spotted alleged suspect Clifford O'Neal Jones and attempted to pull him over. Jones fled in his other allegedly shooting at police as he fled. Jones ran over stop sticks placed on the highway by police, lost control of his car, and hit a concrete barrier. Jones reportedly fired at officers from the wreckage Two officers shot and killed him.
