Police say U.S. Marshals were threatened by a fleeing pickup when they were investigating a road rage incident. There was a second chase that ended at an apartment house, the pickup again drove in the general direction of police while fleeing, and a woman in the car, Claudia Abigail Garcia-Miranda, was shot and killed.
