Officers responded to calls of a man walking in the street. When police arrived, they attempted to get the person out of the roadway, but he wouldn't cooperate. Officers deployed a stun gun, and the man reportedly charged at police, and the officers shot and killed Claude Trivino. A knife was reportedly found.
