Christopher Murphy was driving north at 11:26 p.m. Dec. 7 and crashed into another other before police arrived, police said. Murphy's car, a 2001 Toyota Highlander, rolled and caught on fire. CHP officers reportedly found Murphy walking in and out of the lanes of traffic. They said Murphy began struggling with an officer when they tried to move him off the road. Two officers shocked Murphy with their Tasers. Shortly after being hit with the Taser, Murphy died.
