Christopher Barr, 21, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest at the end of a police pursuit, police said. Police said they don't know why he was driving in Beaver County in a black Chevrolet Lumina with two blown tires, a nearly empty bottle of Jack Daniel's between his legs, and several beer bottles and two shotguns nearby.
