Officers initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Eubank and Lewis roads after "observing a traffic violation" about 3 p.m. Christopher Lawrence Seay stopped and allegedly provided a false name, Social Security number, and date of birth to the officers. When police told Seay to put the other in park and turn off the engine, he drove off. Officers pursued until he and another other crashed at the intersection of Williamsburg Road and Airport Drive. Seay's other overturned several times, and he was ejected and killed.
