Deadly force
Davis Police Officers responded to a residence where there was an altercation, and shots were fired. One Davis police officer encountered Christopher George in the yard. George reportedly initiated a fight with the officer, allegedly gaining possession of the officer's gun. A second Davis officer arrived and saw the fight between George and the officer as George allegedly fired a single round from the officer's gun. George allegedly continued struggling with the officer, and the second officer shot and killed George.
