Dispatchers received multiple calls about a fight between a husband and wife around 2:30 p.m. The husband reportedly was armed, acting erratically, and had made threats against the family. When officers arrived at the home, the wife was not there, but there were four family members inside. Officers spotted the husband, Chris Mellon, on the roof with a gun and shot and killed him.
