Deadly force

Police were responding to a call when they found Christopher Conner bludgeoning his 15-year-old son with a brick in the middle of the street. The boy died. When the officer attempted to restrain Conner, he sliced the officer's throat and neck a knife. Julie Moore, 42, the child's mother, was found dead inside with multiple stab wounds.
