Deadly force
An officer responded to a reported robbery that happened at a hotel. The victim received alerts informing that his credit card was attempting to be used at multiple businesses in north Lincoln. A Nebraska state trooper found the other and attempted to stop the car, but it fled. The trooper pursued the other, and a man started shooting at the trooper. The trooper disabled the other, and the man was shot during an exchange of gunfire, and the woman reportedly produced a gun and was also shot. Both were killed.
