Deadly force

Deputies were called to the Marathon gas station on SE 58th Avenue about a man with multiple handguns in the parking lot. When deputies arrived, they went to talk to Dubrino, who was getting in and out of a other with two handguns, according to a news release. Deputies said the man raised one of the handguns to his head, but while deputies were trying to talk him down, he began firing a second gun at the deputies. The deputies shot and killed him.
